Description - Description: For the design of the present project, the Contracting Authority has put a design team (OT) out to tender, which will work out a Final Design + (DO+) in collaboration with the Contracting Authority. Given the challenge in the project wit h regard to combining existing construction and new construction with sustainability, the Contracting Authority would like to involve the expertise of the contractor at an early stage. Therefore, in addition to the realization, the contractor will also be given responsibility for the design. The assignment and work to be tendered therefore relate to two phases. 1.
