Description - Description: In the award letter for 2024, the Norwegian Environment Agency is asked to investigate increased turnover requirements for biofuel in road traffic, shipping and for other purposes (non-road machinery). In this connection, the Norwegian E nvironment Agency needs more knowledge about the effects of the introduction of the turnover requirement in shipping and for other purposes that was introduced in 2023. There is a need for knowledge about how the players in the fuel market have adapted to the new requirements, among other things.
