Description - Description: As part of its re-computerization project, the Condorcet media library wishes to switch to RFID technology in order to automate the operations of loaning and returning documents by users. This is a framework agreement concluded with a si ngle economic operator setting out all the contractual stipulations, in accordance with Articles R2162-1 et seq. of the aforementioned Code, and executed, in part, as and when purchase orders are issued under the conditions set out in Articles R2162-13 et seq. of the same Code. The framework agreement is at mixed prices with: - a fixed-price part which will be ordered upon notification of the framework agreement, scheduled for the end of March 20
