Description - Description: In line with the National Insulation Program (NIP), the municipality of Zuidplas wants to carry out local insulation measures that reduce the energy consumption of the most vulnerable group of residents in our municipality. This should e nsure that together with other measures the energy poverty decreases with this target group. The inhabitants who have the hardest within the municipality are addressed. The municipality shows itself to this group. This result contributes to the following ambitions in the lecture program: "Stimulating energy saving, such as bets on insulation" and "stimulating energy saving contributes to reducing housing costs, so that poverty is prevented". €
