Description - Description: This consultation concerns the establishment of a web platform for the collection and pre-instruction of requests for assistance for cultural and sports practices. The award procedure used is the open adapted procedure (articles L. 2123- 1 and R. 2123-1 1° of the Public Procurement Code).
