Description - Description: The JUMO Research platform wishes to set up a multi-awardee framework agreement split into two lots, with a maximum of 2 holders per lot, to entrust them with the realization of IT projects (Development and/or Design), in other words for software development and design services (UX UI, etc.), following a systematic re-tendering for each new need.
