Description - Description: In order to fulfil its obligations, the Municipality of Miramas wishes to conclude a contract to clear the land and municipal roads and prune trees. The municipality has chosen to set up a single-award framework agreement. The procuremen t procedure used is the open adapted procedure. It is subject to the provisions of Articles L. 2123-1 and R. 2123-1 1° of the Public Procurement Code. The framework agreement with maximum is concluded in application of Articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code.
