Description - Description: The purpose of this contract is to set up an IT solution for Citizen Relationship Management (GRC), also sometimes called GRU (User Relationship Management). The City of Chatou wishes to set up an online platform to dematerialize and imp rove user procedures and their relations with the community. This platform will be a single entry for users who wish to take steps with municipal services and follow their requests. The community wishes to approach the implementation of this project program following a process approach in order to revisit the stages of each approach before dematerializing it.
