Description - Description: The Hündfelder Moor is part of a former cross-border raised bog between Gronau and Enschede and is to be fundamentally rewetted. The rewetting is to be achieved through measures such as the construction of dams, the removal of trees, th e raising of the groundwater level beneath the bog and the closing of a ditch running along the national border, which hydrologically cuts through the originally cross-border raised bog.
