Description - Description: The municipality is looking for a construction contractor and installer for the replacement new construction Turfmarkt 5 (a Multifunctional Accommodation (MFA)). An architect, constructor and advisor on building physics, acoustics, fire safety, sustainability and circularity have now been selected. The municipality of Zwolle has opted for a development of the project in a construction team, in which the construction contractor and installer join from the DO phase (Final Design). They bring their knowledge and construction experience to the process in order to jointly arrive at an efficient, affordable and circular building.
