Improve Energy Efficiency, The Building Envelope And The Incorporation Of Insulation. In The Vertical Elements Of The Envelope, The Construction Solution Adopted Is Always The Same, To Create An External Thermal Insulation System (Sate) In The Opaque Enclosures Of The Main Building. Its Thickness Is 8, 10 Or 12 Cm Depending On The Case. In The Gaps Of The Openings, The Thickness Of The Insulation Is Reduced In Order To Be Able To Stay Within The Thickness Of The Frames Of The Carpentry And Thus Eliminate The Thermal Bridge In Jambs, Lintel And Sill. Regarding The Finish Of These Walls, In Most Facades A Ceramic Baseboard Is Planned To Improve Their Durability, And The Rest Of The Surface Is Solved With A Thin-Layer Organic Finish. Secondly, Regarding The Horizontal Elements, We Find Different Systems To Incorporate Insulation In The Existing Elements. In Summary, We Find Three Types Of Constructive Solution: The First When The Roof Has An Air Chamber, The Second When The Roof Is Inclined And In Direct Contact With The Outside And Finally We Have A Part Where There Is A Registerable False Ceiling But Without Insulation. In The First Case, The Insulation Is Achieved By Blowing The Necessary Thickness Of Insulation From The Upper Part Of The Roof In Order To Avoid Interference With The School. In The Second Case, The Solution Involves Adding A False Ceiling That Incorporates The Required Insulation And, In The Last, Insulation Will Be Added Above The Existing False Ceiling. There Is Also A Series Of Interventions Focused On Reducing Overheating Of The School Classrooms, Which Do Not Have Any Cooling System. In This Way, The Comfort Of Users Will Be Improved, Especially In The Hot Months. It Is Proposed To Reduce Incident Radiation Through Two Different Shading Systems.
