Description - Description: The United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM), Special Operation Forces (SOF), Acquisition Technology and Logistics (AT&L), Technology Applications Program Office (TAPO) intends to award a non-competitive sole source follow-on c ontract under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) for the procurement of the modified Improved Vibration Control System (IVCS) Software for the MH-47G Block II aircraft.
