The work done certificate issued by the an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer.Condition 11:The intending bidder in the last five years from 2018-19 to 2022-23 should have achieved in at least Two financial years a minimum financial turnover of Rs50.00 lakhs in all classes of Civil Engineering construction works only, usually not less than the estimated annual payments under under this contractCondition 12:Liquid assets and/or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs15.00 lakhs Credit lines/letter of credit/ certificates from the banks for meeting the fund requirement etc.Condition 13:The contractor should attach their recent correct portal address, Phone No. mail addressCondition 14:Tenderers who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria will only be qualified if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. N-Number of years prescribed for completion of the works for which tenders are invited .B-Value at 2023-24 price level, of existing commitments and on-going works to be completed during the next i.e. 0.25 years (period of completion of the works for which Tenders are invited).Note-The statements showing the value of existing commitments and ongoing works as well as the stipulated period of completion remaining for each of the works listed should be countersigned by the Employer in charge not below the rank of an Executive Engineer or equivalentCondition 15:Corrigendum / Addendum will be published in the KPP Portal website for all modifications / Corrections if anyCondition 16:All duties, taxes (except GST) and other levies payable by the contractor under contract are for any other cause shall be including in the rates, prices and total price submitted by the tenderer. The amount put to tender is exclusive of GST and the GST will be paid separately by KNNL as per the prevailing rate as applicable under the law.Condition 17:The intending contractors should note that, if any of the lands (either in part / parts or in whole) required for the work is not yet acquired by the Department, it shall be the responsibility of the contractor to take possession of such land and start the work by consent of the owners before commencement of work at no extra cost to the Department and no claims whatsoever relating to non availability of land would be entertained.Condition 18:The bidder should only submit / upload in KPP portal platform genuine certificates / documents , etc., that are as obtained from competent / concerned authorities against each required eligible criteria.
