2. िनिवदा द᭭तावेज जारी करनेहेतुपाᮢता मानदंड / Eligibility Criteria for Issue of Tender Documents –
िनिवदा द᭭तावेज उन लोगᲂ को जारी ᳰकया जाएगा जो िन᳜ पाᮢता मानद᭛ड पूरेकरतेहᱹ:
Tender documents will be issued only to those who satisfy the following eligibility criteria:

लागत,अनुमािनत लागत के 40% से कम न
हो (अथाᭅत Rs. 8.58 लाख) (या)
Three similar works each costing not
less than 40% of the estimated cost
(i.e. Rs. 8.58 Lakhs) (or)
ii) दो समान ᮧकृ ित के कायᭅ, िजनकᳱ लागत
अनुमािनत लागत के 60% से कम न हो
(अथाᭅत Rs. 12.87 लाख) (या)
Two similar works each costing not less
than 60% of the estimated cost
(i.e. Rs. 12.87 Lakhs) (or)
iii) समान ᮧकृ ित का एक कायᭅ िजसकᳱ लागत
अनुमािनत लागत के 80% से कम न हो
(अथाᭅत Rs. 17.16 लाख)
One similar work costing not less than
80% of the estimated cost
(i.e. Rs. 17.16 Lakhs).
i.कायᭅअनुभव हेतुसंबंिधत ᮧािधकारी ᳇ारा जारी कायᭅआदेशᲂ
एवंकायᭅपूणᭅता ᮧमाण-पᮢᲂ कᳱ ᮧमािणत ᮧित।\
Certified copy of work orders and completion
certificates issued by the authority concerned to
establish work experience.
ii. िनजी पᭃकारᲂ ᳇ारा जारी कायᭅ पूणᭅता ᮧमाणपᮢᲂ के साथ टीडीएस (᮲ोत पर कर कटौती)
ᮧमाण-पᮢ भी होने चािहए तथा ᮕाहकᲂ ᳇ारा जारी
पूणᭅता व अनुभव ᮧमाण-पᮢᲂ कायᭅ कᳱ ᮧकृ ित, ᳰकए
गए कायᭅ का मू᭨य एवं संिवदा कᳱ अविध अंᳰकत
होनी चािहए।
Completion certificates for works issued by
Private parties shall be supported by TDS (Tax
Deducted at Source) certificates and Completion
& Experience certificates issued by Clients
indicating the nature of work, value of work
carried out and period of contract shall be
furnished.
नोट / Note:
i. समांतर कायᭅसेआशय हैᳰक “िसिवल कायᭅ“
Similar work shall mean works of “Civil Works”
ii. िन᭬पाᳰदत कायᭅ के मू᭨य को कायᭅ पूणᭅ होने कᳱ ितिथ से बोली हेतु आवेदन ᮧाि᳙ कᳱ अंितम ितिथ कᳱ अविध तक के
वा᭭तिवक मू᭨य को वाᳶषᭅक 7% के सरल दर पर बढ़ाकर वतᭅमान लागत मू᭨य के ᭭तर तक लाना होगा
The value of executed works shall be brought to current costing level by enhancing the
actual value of work at simple rate of 7% per annum, calculated from the date of completion
to last date of submission of bids.
iii. उप-संिवदा या संयुᲦ उपᮓम को पाᮢता/मू᭨यांकन के िलए आंका नहᱭ जाएगा।
Work executed as sub-contract or joint-venture will not merit for eligibility/evaluation
b वैध जीएसटी पंजीयन का होना आव᭫यक है।
Shall possess valid GST Registration
संबंिधत ᮧािधकारी ᳇ारा जारी ᮧमािणत ᮧित जमा करᱶ।
Certificate copies issued by concerned
authorities shall be furnished.
3. ई-टᱶडᳳरंग वेबसाईट www.tenderwizard.com/ISRO से िनिवदा द᭭तावेज डाउनलोड ᳰकया जा सकता है।
िनिवदा द᭭तावेज डाउनलोड करने माᮢ से ही िनिवदाकार बोली लगाने के िलए हकदार नहᱭ हो जाता। िनिवदाकारᲂ ᳇ारा
अपलोड ᳰकए गए द᭭तावेजᲂ का िवभाग ᳇ारा स᭜यापन ᳰकया जाएगा। यᳰद वे अपेᭃानुसार न पाए गए तो उ᭠हᱶ अ᭭वीकार कर
ᳰदया जाएगा।
“The tender document may be downloaded from e-Tendering website
www.tenderwizard.com/ISRO. Downloading of tender documents alone will not make a
tenderer eligible for participating in the bidding. The documents uploaded by the tenderers
will be subjected to verification subsequently by Department. If found not meeting the
requirement, such offers will be rejected.
