Description - Description: SFT is continuing to implement an action research study into the inclusive growth impacts of infrastructure, using the monitoring & evaluation framework (M&EF) developed and refined since 2022 on behalf of SFT. Currently this M&EF is bei ng tested with 14 projects each at varying stages of development.
