Description - Description: This procurement is for the establishment of a framework agreement ("the Framework") as a procurement vehicle for the commissioning and procurement, by Southampton City Council ("the Council") and the Hampshire & Isle of Wight Integrated Care Board ("the ICB"), of social care supported living services under the Council's Inclusive Lives commissioning agenda.
