Description - Description: To catalyse Agri-financing in Sierra Leone through the matching grant facility, UNCDF will sign a performance-based payment agreement with 4-6 financial institutions. The financial institutions will act as responsible parties and will be responsible for on granting the funds to selected agricultural MSMEs.
