Description - Description: City of York Council is entering into a procurement exercise to secure a Provider for our Blue Badge Independent Mobility Assessments. As per the Department for Transport's Guidance, a Local Authority should acquire the services of an in dependent and professional company to conduct Blue Badge assessments for applicants who require an assessment to determine their eligibility for a Blue Badge.
