The main entrance is on the north side at Herouville-St.-Clair-Platz. The existing building has several uses - an indoor swimming pool, a restaurant, a youth center, seminar rooms with sanitary facilities and a caretaker's apartment. The restaurant will be closed when construction begins and the associated rooms will be replanned as part of the indoor swimming pool. The rooms of the youth center (ground floor, axis 9-15), the seminar rooms (1st floor, axis R-T'/12-15) and the caretaker's apartment (2nd floor, axis P-T'/13-15)
