Description - Description: MCC requires infrastructure consulting services for independent oversight of the implementation of Benin Regional Compact. This includes transport infrastructure of roadways, bridges, cross border facilities, pavement, as well as Policy and Institutional Reforms. These services include a wide range of technical assistance tasks to support MCC’s program objectives during the compact implementation.
