Description - Description: The purpose of this call for tenders is to subscribe to the insurance contracts of the group of orders formed between the Municipality and the CCAS of BERGUES. With the aim of pooling skills and optimizing the budget, it was decided to f orm a group of orders in application of the provisions of the Public Procurement Code, approved by all the executive bodies of all the members of the group. The Municipality of BERGUES, represented by its Mayor, acts as coordinator of the group and is responsible for the procedure for awarding the contract(s) to be carried out.
