Description - Description: This requirement is for a commercial, performance-based, non-personal service to provide refuse collection and recycling service located at Beale AFB. The contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, sup ervision, and other items and services necessary to perform refuse and recycling collection and disposal as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
