Description - Description: The SEA LYNX Mk88A on-board helicopters (BHS) currently used on the F124 class frigates will reach the end of their service life in 2025. To close the capability gap, the GenInspBw made the selection decision for the multi-role NH90 MRFH NGEN Sea Tiger frigate helicopter from the manufacturer consortium NHI. Due to the expanded capabilities of the Sea Tiger, the dimensions and weight have increased by around 100% compared to the Sea Lynx Mk88A. This increase causes considerable effort for the integration of the NH90 MRFH on board the F124 class frigates. According to the service description, the contractor must enable the F124 class frigates to be able to board the new on-board
