Description - Description: Northern Development Initiative Trust (Northern Development or “the Trust”), the economic trust for Northern B.C., is seeking expressions of interest from qualified providers for the BC Bus North service.In 2021, the Trust, in collab oration with the Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure (MOTI), began delivering funding to support inter-community transportation services in Northern B.C. Since that time, Northern Development has assumed responsibility for making funds available to support a long-haul service (300+ kilometers) in Northern B.C., as well as inter-community shuttle services (100+ kilometers).
