Description - the market takes a mixed form, i.e. it is concluded with a single economic operator: - in the form of a framework agreement for the work units UO Platform and management, UO sourcing and UO defense implemented by issuing purchase orders without prior negotiation or reopening of competition; - and by the conclusion of one or more subsequent contracts for the performance of technical expertise services. The issue of purchase orders and the conclusion of subsequent contracts are carried out during the period of validity of the framework agreement. This market is concluded for an initial duration of one year as from its date of notification. It may be renewed twice for a period of one (1) year.
