Description - Description: Nordre Follo municipality, hereafter called the Contracting Authority, intends to enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer for the procurement of interpretation services. The contracting authority reserves the right to use othe r tenderers if a tenderer in the framework agreement cannot offer the desired language. Nordre Follo municipality is constantly changing and developing, which can lead to changes in the need for services (language) in this framework agreement. Tenderers must therefore be prepared that the framework agreement is dynamic and can change in line with this development in the contract period.
