Description - 4.1 Avon and Somerset Constabulary (ASC) are commissioning the provision of an intimate partner and non-intimate perpetrator intervention for male offenders who commit a Domestic Abuse (DA) offence and is eligible for a conditional caution (intimate) or community resolution (non-intimate) in accordance with the criteria (see Appendix A).4.2 The provision required is a form of informal out of court resolution where a person accused of committing an eligible crime is offered the opportunity to complete specified conditions (for example rehabilitative activity).
