Description - The purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to obtain bids from qualified vendors to provide three (3) identical Texas Two Step Drawing Machines and ten (10) ball sets for the Texas Lottery Commission. This IFB is issued in accordance with the S tate Lottery Act (Tex. Gov’t Code ch. 466.001) and the procurement rules of the Texas Lottery Commission, 16 Tex. Admin. Code (TAC) §401.101, et. seq. All bids submitted in response to this IFB are subject to the requirements of the State Lottery Act, regardless of whether specifically addressed in this IFB.
