Description - Description: MARKET DIALOGUEThe purpose of the procurement currently under preparation is to procure the Finnish Infrastructure Agency for Eastern Finland with expert services for track management.Interested parties are invited to register for the ma rket survey (hereinafter referred to as the market dialogue) as set out below in the section "Registration for the market dialogue".According to the preliminary plan, the services to be procured include expert services for track management provided by the responsible track manager, three (3) regional track managers, an assistant track manager and a project management expert. The track management experts will act as representatives of the Client.
