Description - Description: The Municipality of Copenhagen wishes to acquire a framework agreement for consultancy services to support the municipality's ServiceNow platform, which consists of a number of sub-solutions, which together constitute the municipality's overall ServiceNow solutions consisting of ServiceNow software, including the modules HR, ITSM, CSM and FSM, Mobile Now and smaller modules in App Engine and self-developed software developed in connection therewith. The purpose of acquiring a framework agreement is to supplement the resources that the municipality itself possesses.
