Description - Description: As a result of the planned further extension of the Bergen Light Rail, as well as an upcoming need to upgrade the existing rolling stock, the Bergen Light Rail Project is working on the specification of new rolling stock. The work of est ablishing the technical specification for the vehicle procurement has just started and is expected to be finalized early 2026 enabling the start of procurement in 2027.
