Notify Offerors that Functional Category 2 - Acquisition Lifecycle Planning and Support Services will be the first Functional Category to proceed into Phase II. Functional Cate gory 2 will also be the first to be awarded. The current estimated award date for Functional Category 2 is between late December 2024 and early January 2025. Functional Category 1 and Functional Category 3 are estimated to be awarded in Quarter 2 of Fiscal Year 2025. Phase II Functional Category 2 proposals are due November 22, 2024 at 2:00pm ET. All Phase II Functional Category 2 Advisory Down-Select notifications will be sent out accordingly. 2
