Description - Description: The Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) hereby seeks authorized sources to maintain and repair Airlift/Helo-lift certifiable ISU-90 containers. DTRA requires repair of previously purchased ISU-90 containers. All the containers are out side of the manufacturer’s warranty period. The containers are in three (3) different locations with 21 containers in the Ft Belvoir/Springfield, VA area and one (1) container located at Ft Liberty, NC.
