Description - Description: In this Tender, LO is looking for a suitable and proactive IT supplier that focuses on improving LO's current management and IT situation. To this end, the focus in this tender will be on the following matters:- Service/service desk for users;- Local support if necessary;- Proactive attitude of IT supplier (providing solicited and unsolicited advice);- Service consultations, levels thereof and frequency;- Reports and monitoring. The order value of the Agreement is estimated at a maximum of € 2,000,000 excluding VAT per year. With a total term of the Agreement of eight years, the estimated value will then be a maximum of € 16,000,000 excluding VAT (including implementation).
