Description - Description: Lappeenranta-Lahti University of Technology LUT (later LUT) requests an offer for ITSM/ESM system service for use by LUT universities (LUT University and LAB University of Applied Sciences) in accordance with this request for proposals a nd its attachments. Efecte service management software has been used by LUT's information management since 2007, so-called as an onpremise installation and after 2019 the Efecte software has been used as a cloud service.
