Description - Description: Lappeenranta-Lahti University of Technology LUT (hereinafter LUT) requests a bid for the use of LUT universities (LUT University and LAB University of Applied Sciences) in accordance with this request for bids and its annexes for the ITS M/ESM system service.The Efecte service management software has been in use by LUT's information management since 2007 as a so-called onpremise installation and since 2019 the Efecte software has been used as a cloud service.
