Description - Description: Lappeenranta-Lahti University of Technology LUT (hereinafter referred to as LUT) is requesting a tender for the ITSM/ESM system service for use by LUT universities (LUT University and LAB University of Applied Sciences) in accordance wit h this request for tender and its annexes.
