Description - Description: Contract OverviewCouncil is seeking a suitably experienced contractor to undertake the redevelopment of a section of the Cotton Tree Holiday Park. The road and site upgrades are intended to upgrade a portion of the park to meet current u sers expectations for caravan facilities and Holiday Parks. The works are similar to a minor subdivision with new services (electrical and hydraulic) to individual sites and a connecting road pavement construction. The level of finishes is expected to meet a commercial landscape quality.The project is to be scheduled during the Qld 2025 School Term 2 & 3 with works commencing on the 5 June 2025.
