Description - Description: Garden organics waste is received from customers at Council Waste Facilities or generated by Parks & Gardens (P&G) service activities. By processing the green waste to produce mulch disposal to landfill is avoided. Mulch is then availabl e for sales to customers, for use in environmental management across Council Waste sites, and for use by P&G for reapplication in their activities e.g. landscaping. The Contract Services assists Council in recovery and beneficial use of resources.The services required within this contract are listed below with full details contained within the Service Specification, Schedule 5.It is a new requirement of this contract that Mulch is to be removed f
