Description - Description: The Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD) has a requirement for preservation, inspection, repair, and maintenance services for the Southeast Alaska Acoustic Measurement Facility (SEAFAC) Static Site IX-527 and IX-528 B arges located in Back Island, near Ketchikan, Alaska. This requirement will include towing these barges to the contractor facility in order to commence the work.
