Description - Description: The Department of Energy (DOE), Western Area Power Administration (WAPA), Rocky Mountain Region (RMR), intends to acquire on a Sole Source basis trailer parts and labor for repairs for three trailers as identified in recent Department of Transportation Inspections. Inspections were performed by, and resulting repair services will be performed by, Duvall Bro’s Mobile Mechanical, 13820 Milwaukee St., Thornton, CO 80602.
