Description - Description: The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 15 Contracting Office intends to release a commercial solicitation, to provide the Veterans Health Administration, with annual preventative maintenance on site, to include all labor, travel expense s, tools, test equipment, oil (except refrigerant) and other incidentals necessary to maintain the listed equipment to operating specifications according to the manufacturer s recommendations.
