Description - Description: NOTICE OF INTENT TO ISSUE SOLE SOURCE AWARD NC08 contracting representing C.W. Bill Young Veterans Administration Medical Center intends to negotiate with ASCO POWER SERVICES INC. on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b) Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This requirement will be a base year plus four option years.
