Description - Description: The 87th Air Base Wing Airshow committee is seeking 21 portable, wire-free weapon detection systems suitable for indoor and outdoor during the JB MDL Open House Air Show 16 May -18 May. The weapons detection systems will be placed at des ignated locations to support security operations & must be capable of screening 40,000 persons per hour while causing minimal disruption to pedestrian flow. The systems must be able to: A. Identify high-caliber firearms, large metallic threats, and mass casualty weapons B. Maintain near-zero false alarm rates to ensure smooth operations C. Operate efficiently without requiring divestiture of non-threat items D. Support screening of mobility aids
