Description - Description: The Government anticipates a need for Airfield Runway Friction Testing at JBSA, Texas on a regularly scheduled basis. The requested support will provide services on four runways at three geographically separated installations: JBSA Lackl and (Kelly Field), JBSA Randolph, and JBSA Randolph Auxiliary Airfield at Seguin. In performing airfield runway friction testing, the United States Air Force follows guidance as published by the Federal Aviation Authority (FAA) per FAA AC 150/5320- 12C runway friction surveys should be conducted at a minimum of once per year.
