Description - Description: This contract is a public works contract which includes the execution of the following works: Construction of 3 day care centres (firm phase) and one day care centre in a conditional phase in the Liège region. This is a PNRR-PRW project , and more specifically the Plan Cigogne +5200. The project consists of the construction of four day care centres on four different sites as well as the partial development of its surroundings. In these special specifications, the following names are used: PLE: Crèche des Plénesses located on rue sous le château (Clos Jean Declisar) in B-4821 Dison; AWI: Crèche des Awirs located at Sart d'Avette 4 in 4400 in Flémalle; LSP: Crèche du Liège
