Description - Description: As part of this contract, the Contracting Authority RESA Innovation et Technologie SA in its own name and on behalf of RESA SA Intercommunale, acts in the name and on behalf of ORES.Context :The deployment of smart meters in Wallonia is governed by the decree of 04/12/2001 relating to the organization of the regional electricity market modified by the decree of 07/18/2018.
