Description - Description: The welfare areas of Central and Eastern Uusimaa are jointly bidding for child welfare outpatient and aftercare services. The welfare area services are intended for customers whose municipalities of residence are Hyvinkää, Järvenpää , Mäntsälä, Nurmijärvi, Pornainen, Tuusula, Askola, Lapinjärvi, Loviisa, Myrskylä, Porvoo and Pukkila, as well as Sipoo. In the Eastern Uusimaa welfare area, services are provided in both Finnish and Swedish. The obligation to provide HVA (welfare area) is based on the Social Welfare Act (1301/2014).
