Description - Description: The object of the procurement is the LVIAS planning tasks, as well as the structural planning and geo-planning tasks of the project planning phase of the new Kampus complex to be built at Kotkantie 1 by the educational municipality assoc iation OSAO (later "OSAO"). The procurement is divided into two (2) sub-areas.The subscriber chooses one (1) service provider per sub-region with which it enters into an agreement. The agreement is supposed to enter into force in September 2024. The design object is the new Kampus complex to be built on Kaukovainio in Oulu, located at Kotkantie 1, 90250 Oulu.
