Description - Description: The municipality of Waalwijk intends to conclude one agreement for KCC services for a period of 4 years starting on 1 June 2025. This excludes a unilateral option to extend by 4 x 1 year. The client will decide to extend no later than Ja nuary of the year in which the agreement expires. The Contracting Authority places the following matters within scope: • Filling the telephony function with the use of employees with a distance to the labour market at the Tenderer's own location • The one-off implementation of this service • Training the own (new) employees and monitoring the quality • Signalling, reporting to and coordinating with the Clientlocal title:: KCC-dienstverlen
